This is a slower-moving class to develop mastery through each pose. New and seasoned yogis unlock hidden dimensions in their practice. Enjoy the space and pace that best suits your body's needs in each moment under the attentive and compassionate eye of a master instructor. Finish by absorbing the benefits of your class with a Sound Bowl Savasana. Expect the unexpected- Classes may include elements of Tai Chi/Chi Gong, EFT (tapping), TRE (Trauma Release Exercises) and more to build your brain, breath and being.

SLOWFLO is designed to help you breathe, calm the mind, and gracefully move your body as you wind down for the night.
