This is a slower-moving class to develop mastery through each pose. New and seasoned yogis unlock hidden dimensions in their practice. Enjoy the space and pace that best suits your body's needs in each moment under the attentive and compassionate eye of a master instructor. Finish by absorbing the benefits of your class with a Sound Bowl Savasana. Expect the unexpected- Classes may include elements of Tai Chi/Chi Gong, EFT (tapping), TRE (Trauma Release Exercises) and more to build your brain, breath and being.

Finding quiet time on the mat near the end of the week is a beautiful way to let go of stress and balance yourself. SLOWFLO is designed to help you breathe, calm the mind, and gracefully move your body as you wind down for the night. This class is great for beginners and seasoned yogis looking to settle your mind and relax your body. Bring your mat and a blanket to support your practice.

SUNDAY, APRIL 6TH | 2:00PM - 4:00 PM
Meet your empowered self as you move through the process of recovering your inner strength. Unlock the wisdom of your body’s messages as you journey through the full spectrum of your shadow and light.
Join yoga instructors Jennie Geltz, LCSW, RYT 500 and Natalie Kollmann, CYT 700 in this patient and present yoga practice to uproot the body’s grip on trapped emotions. Work to reset your body’s score and allow this teaching to resound within your cellular structure during the sound bath Savasana (relaxation).
Class is two hours long, dress comfortably for movement. Bring a mat, blanket, pillow and waterbottle to support your practice and final relaxation.
SATURDAY, APRIL 19TH | 7:00PM - 8:15 PM
Rage, Rock, & Roll Yoga is not your average yoga class! This unconventional session combines traditional yoga movements with a twist. Paired with Blue Grass/ Rock N Roll for the music, encouraging the use of the F word, and liquor provided after the class.... participants are encouraged to let loose, take up space, and even curse to release pent-up stress. It’s a relaxing rage filled 75 minutes of yoga where you can loudly breathe and sigh out your frustrations while stretching and moving your body.
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 23RD | 7:00PM - 8:00 PM
Sound is the fastest way to activate every cell in our bodies. Studies have shown it to directly benefit our mental processes, heartbeat, adrenals, digestive, circulatory and nervous systems. Restore and relax during this guided meditation and sound bath. Take a few gentle stretches and settle in to rest and absorb the healing meant for you during a sound ceremony of crystal and brass singing bowls, vocal toning, chanting and other sound instruments.

Celebrate Mother’s Day with a beautiful, timeless photo session with Sarah Hollis Photo!
These mini-sessions are perfect for mamas, grandmas, and families looking to capture special moments together in a charming, historic setting. Photoshoots are 15 minutes and include 25+ digital images and an online gallery. Also included is a small floral arrangement and bud vase.
SATURDAY, MAY 10TH | 7:00PM - 8:15 PM
Enjoy an hour of guided meditation to enter into a state of deep relaxation, light restorative yoga to release tension in the hips and shoulders, Reiki to calm the body and mind and essential oils. Class is Beginner Friendly with modifications and propping to make each pose even more comfortable than the next, you will leave class restored and refreshed for the coming day.
