Exclusive venue and property rental from 12 PM Friday to 12 PM Sunday (terms apply)
One-hour Rehearsal Time (terms apply)
Bridal ready room kit
Guest welcome hour
Garden chair ceremony seating
Cocktail hour highboy tables with white, ivory or black floor length linens
Tables with white, ivory or black floor length linens and mahogany reception seating
Tables for cake / desserts and gifts
Ceremony and reception setup and cleanup
Use of fire pit with s’mores station (weather permitting)
The Following Beverage Items are Included:
Bubbly Bar at cocktail hour or sparkling wine toast at dinner
Wine, beer, spirits, bartenders(s), and 5 hours of bar service
Water service with dinner

Coffee and tea station
The Following Food Items are Included:
Place settings of vintage china or clear dishes, flatware, and glassware for tables
