Our weddings include on-site Homestead 1854 staff who bring excellent care and attention to you throughout the planning process, ensuring your day unfolds just as you envisioned.
The Following Services and Amenities are Included:
Exclusive venue and property rental for a 12 hour period on the day of wedding
Friday and Saturday rentals are 11 AM to 11 PM
Sunday rentals are 10 AM to 10 PM
One-hour rehearsal time (terms apply)
Bridal suite and separate groom’s room
Guest welcome hour (optional)
Garden chair ceremony seating
Cocktail hour highboy tables with white, ivory or black floor length linens
Tables with white, ivory or black floor length linens and mahogany reception chairs
Place settings of vintage china or clear dishes, flatware, and glassware for tables
Table linens and linen napkins
Tables for cake / desserts and gifts
Ceremony and reception setup and cleanup
Use of fire pit with s’mores station (weather permitting)
The Following Beverage Items are Included:
Bubbly Bar at cocktail hour or sparkling wine toast at dinner
Wine, beer, spirits, bartender(s), and 5 hours of bar service
